Gen. Dedi Prasetyo at the National Police Headquarters, Jalan Trunojoyo, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Monday (12/17/2018).
Donald Witness then shouted and panicked the perpetrator who was later known as Heryd Swanto. "HS jumped and ran away, and had fallen, and ran. The Witness chased and arrested the perpetrator and handed over to the police," said Dedi.
The story of the destruction of the PDIP cadre's billboards, Effendi Sianipar, was almost the same, residents reported the action and the police secured two perpetrators with the initials KS and MA.
